Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
Changing plans
Upgrades take effect when the price difference for the rest of the period is paid. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.
Refunds
Payments for a period that has started are not refunded. If we billed you in error or you paid twice, the amount is credited to your account or refunded on request.
Credit on your account is applied automatically to your next invoice.
Setup fees
One-time setup fees cover onboarding work and are not refunded once onboarding has started.
