1. Who we are
Makuro Cloud is provided by Makuro (“we”, “us”). These terms apply between us and the business that creates a workspace (“you”), and to everyone you give access to it.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the actions of the people you invite.
You must be able to enter into a contract on behalf of the business you sign up for.
3. Trials, plans and payment
A free trial lasts for the period shown when you sign up. To keep using the service after it, pay the invoice we send.
Plans are billed in advance for each monthly or yearly period. We send a payment request before each period; when it is paid we issue a tax invoice.
If an invoice is not paid by its due date your workspace stays usable for a grace period, then becomes read-only until it is paid. We do not delete your data for non-payment while your account remains open.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into Makuro. We process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or to probe, overload or attack the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, and we may change or improve it over time. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what you pay for.
7. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in that year, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction.
